My journey in the world of food business began as the owner and manager of two ice cream parlors since 2009 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Additionally, my sense for visual arts, building upon my 6 years of experience as a professional makeup artist, has allowed us to create captivating visual displays that delighted customers and enhanced the overall ambiance of the shops.
Building upon these experiences, I returned to France and ventured into the realm of pastry. I obtained thorough training at CAP Pâtisserie Ducasse School in France in 2016.
In 2017 we opened and managed two patisseries in Colmars les Alpes and La Foux d’Allos. Our experience in visual aesthetics has shone through in the creation of captivating visual displays, transforming the patisseries into true visual delights.
